Joe came out to repair my Electrolux dryer. He had the necessary parts in his truck and was able to repair it within an hour!

Nice, friendly and honest. Instead of trying to sell their services to fix my broken oven, the repair man was honest with the cost of repair and said it would be cheaper to get a new oven bc too many things ended up broken on the oven needing repair.

Joe came to my house on July 15, 2019 to make a repair on my washing machine. He did an excellent job and it was a pleasure doing business with him.

Kenneth was great on communicating when he would be at my house to trouble shoot my microwave. He was very through in getting to the bottom of the problem. He promised a follow up call in a week. I would definitely use Mitch Romero's again.

Romero's technician, Joe, serviced our GE dryer. He was very knowledgeable about GE appliances and was able to properly diagnose the issue. We had worked with another repair company before Romero's and they misdiagnosed the issue, and damaged the front of our dryer. Our experience with Romero's was so much more positive. We had great communication about scheduling, we were given plenty of time to plan to be home and just a 2 hour window of wait time. After he was done, Joe, walked me through the issues until I understood them. From there it was a 3-5 day wait for parts and final repair. If we have issues in the future, we will definitely call Romero's the first time and not bother with anyone else.

Excellent service and fair pricing. Had to fet the control panel replaced on my Jenn Air gas range. They did a great job. Fast diagnosis came back within a week with the new part and replaced it.
